Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Yearly subscriptions renew yearly and are charged upfront. The monthly equivalent shown for yearly plans is not a monthly charge. Switching billing frequency takes effect at the next renewal.
Yearly billing offers 20% savings on paid plans. Pro is $48 billed yearly instead of $60 across 12 monthly payments, a $12 saving. Team is $144 billed yearly instead of $180, a $36 saving. Free has no charge in either mode.
No account is needed for basic counting on Free. An account is required for Pro. Each Team member needs an account. All paid features require an account and the corresponding backend implementation.
Active counters are counters available for current counting. Saved counters are stored counter records, including active counters. Limits are totals, not monthly allowances, and do not reset each billing month. Free allows 1 active and 0 saved, Pro allows 25 active and 100 saved, and Team allows 100 active and 500 saved per workspace.
Team includes 5 seats total, including the owner, in 1 shared workspace. Workspace limits are shared across all 5 seats. Additional seats are not available in this proposed plan. Roles include Owner, Admin, and Member, with a rolling 365-day activity log.
Yes. Plan changes and billing frequency changes take effect at the next renewal in this proposed model. No automatic prorated charges or credits are assumed. Before downgrading, users must meet the target plan's limits.
Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Paid access continues until the current billing period ends. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly until canceled.
